O hotel tem uma boa estrutura, e oferece um bom café da manhã. Mas precisa de manutenção em alguns quesitos. A cama do quarto em que ficamos tinha um afundamento no colchão. E a porta do quarto precisava ser batida com força para fechar. No primeiro dia de estadia, quando chegamos dos passeios ao final do dia, a porta estava somente encostada, e não fechada. Avisei à recepção sobre o problema, para que resolvessem e avisassem à camareira para verificar com atenção se a porta estava fechada, após a limpeza. No entanto, no segundo dia aconteceu a mesma coisa. Somente no nosso último dia de estadia consertaram a porta. Por sorte, não tivemos maior prejuízo, pois qualquer um poderia ter entrado em nosso quarto.

A equipe é gentil e prestativa. A cama é confortável e o quarto amplo. O café da manhã é o ponto alto da hospedagem, com pão de queijo e bolinho de estudante quentinhos todo dia. Um ponto negativo que achei foi que, apesar de ter tábua e ferro de passar roupa no quarto, o ferro está preso na tábua através de uma corrente - o que dificulta muito o manuseio. Sério que acham que o hóspede vai roubar um ferro? Não teria como cobrar de quem o fizesse, assim como qdo some toalhas etc? Achei desnecessário demais.

Tudo. Roupas de cama suja, quarto sem xampu e toalha para todos. Hotel super lotado e sem equipe suficiente, principalmente, no restaurante.
