Sehr nettes und großzügiges Apartment mit solider und umfangreicher Ausrüstung. Einfach Kommunikation mit dem Betreiber. Qualität des Sofas und des Bettes ist ausbaufähig. Sonst hat nichts gefehlt

The location was excellent; we were able to walk all over the older part of town. The staff was very helpful. But it would have been good to have had prior information on the adaptors needed for the electrical outlets.

We felt at home in Salzburg in this apartment. It’s close to many good restaurants and a nice Spar supermarket just across the street. It had everything we needed even a free washer and dryer. It’s close to the sites of Old Town without being caught up in the bedlam.

We were a disappointed by our stay here. As advertised on Wotif, the room we booked had a washer/dryer & the building had a pool. These amenities were important to us as we were travelling with our toddler. When we arrived we were told the pool was under maintenance and couldn’t be used, then discovered our room had no washer/dryer (we later discovered one the cleaners were using in the basement and used that?). When we checked out, we were charged more than what we had been quoted on Wotif. Overall, really disappointing. Overpriced noting we got none of the amenities in the manner in which they were advertised and we were overcharged. *Note* there was no forewarnings of building maintenance which are usually displayed on Wotif during hotel maintenance periods.

Wir waren über Silvester in Salzburg . Wor hatten das studio nach hinten also war es wirklich ruhig. Der Aufzug spinnte des öfteren daher war z.B.das koffer schleppen vom 3. Stock nicjt so toll. Soweit war allws sauber bis auf Kleinigkeiten im Bad. Ich persönlich würde das Bett auf die andre Seite stellen des Zimmers ,schon alleina fur korbulentere Menschen wirds weng eng ins bad zu kommen. Genau neben dran der Bäcker und ein Spar .Gleich in der Altstadt drin ,super .

The apartment is clean and well maintained. Full amenities complete with kitchen utensils, pots etc for us to cook. The location is also superb! Right in front of supermarket for us to buy groceries and walking distance to old town. Will definitely come back!

Although the apartment was spacious, clean and in a good location just a short walk across the bridge to the old town attractions, the view onto an ugly 1960/1970’s building was really ugly and not private. With lack of sheer curtains that would allow light in during the day but provide privacy, we had to keep the curtains closed, otherwise everyone from the ugly building could see everything in the apartment. If I knew we would be given an apartment with such an ugly view, I would not have booked it, but the photos on all booking sites like Expedia and booking.com are misleading. They put up only the best photos of the hotel and penthouse apartment with a terrace and a nice view, so you have no idea what you get when you book. I feel they should be honest about the ugly view. I’m prepared to pay a lot more for a charming view! And at least add some sheer curtains. The furniture was clean, but a bit old. Kitchenette had no dishwashing tablets. Front entrance to building did not lock properly and no safe inside apartment. Also very late check in time - 4pm and holding a very large security bond. As a regular visitor to Austria and Salzburg, this is probably the least pleasant place we’ve stayed at. Most other apartments and upmarket hotels in same price range have more standard check in times between 2-3pm and do not take such a large security bond. Won’t stay again- next time we visit Salzburg we would rather stay again at the Blaue Ganz on Getreidegasse

Bijou studio apartment. Great for what it was but the bed was not comfortable and the pillows were the worst I've ever had the misfortune to use.

Had a wonderful family stay in Salzburg for a long weekend. The use of the SPA facilites were excellent after walking and sighseeing in the cold. We even called ahead of time for reception to turn it on before we arrived and use of a espresso machine was bliss in the morning! The only downside was the musty smell in the bathroom as no windows in the apartment. Overall, highly recommend for a central location, close to all the main sights and can relax in their SPA in the evening or before dinner - fantastic!

OMG where to start, this place was fabulous! These apartments are run by the hotel a block away, and were a joy to stay in. Full kitchen, dinner table, TV (they give you free DVDs to watch at the hotel), couch, separate bedroom, bath and shower. All the comforts of home! It was a delight to have room to spread out, somewhere to relax after a long day sightseeing, somewhere to cook and eat in, or just a place to eat a pastry from the fresh bakery across the street. The property is so well located too! There is a bakery and a small grocery across the street. There are tons of restaurants (and vegan food too) within 2 blocks walk. All the sights of Salzburg are within walking distance, and many within just a few minutes walk. They have underground parking available, and street parking is also an option. We loved this spot, and would stay here again! Hotel was very kind and helpful, as we had never stayed in an apartment like this before, and had lots of questions; offered to help with our bags, showed us the property, etc. It was like living in the town instead of just staying in a hotel. Was an incredible experience! Highly recommend.

Nice apartment in good location

The apartment was in a good location, close to shops and restaurants. Main attractions were about 20 minutes walk. There's a number 2 bus take you to the main train/bus station and airport. The room itself is nice and compact, the only downside was that it didn't have any mirrors in the room so l had to go to the bathroom every time when l put makeup on, it could do with putting a full length mirror in there.

The desk manager, I forget his name but a cheerful fellow in a Chicago Bulls jacket went the extra mile to go show me how to navigate the confusing road construction. He also help me get settled in the apartment. Spa was great and highly recommend this place to my friends. Thanks!!

Lieber nicht!

Die Basis eines guten Hotels sollten gute Betten sein. Doch leider nicht in diesem Hause. Die durchgelegenen Betten hatten bei uns Rückenschmerzen und Schlaflosigkeit bewirkt. Schade eigentlich, denn die Lage und die Ausstattung des Hauses ist eigentlich nicht schlecht. Wir sind schon gespannt, ob die Hotelleitung auf unsere Kritik reagiert.

The kitchenette had stove, oven, dishwasher, sink, frig — all small but perfect for our needs. grocery store directly across the street and also bakery (separate.) The room itself was plenty large, and there was a daybed in addition to the king. Bath (shower only) roomy, but no surface for toiletries. The windows offered an attractive view, and were important because no AC — two fans. We were fine. There are free laundry facilities , but jockeying for the one washer and highly inefficient dryer. Two things — there isn’t a useful elevator. It goes to the “half floor” or landings! So maybe if you were in the third floor you’d walk up had a floor, take the elevator and walk another half? We didn’t use it. Also , the decor is not as photographed. A very drab room, one large black and white photo . The studio was a large square, so the kitchen was one corner of the room, parallel to bed. We loved the location — walk to everything. Great but room for improvement

We were not told that we need to check in at the hotel which is in a nearby street. We kept struggling at 10 pm in the night and after several calls, the hotel finally answered. The apartment was great, but was on top floor with no air conditioning so the heat was unbearable. There was no microwave which was a minus. But the location and condition of the apartment was pretty good.

Great location... but a few *details*

The location and staff are fantastic. The "Apartment Room" on the first floor was spacious and as promised. The bathroom was sparsely equipped (1 small bar of soap and minimal towels). Parking was not on site, but adequate and a quick :05 walk. BE AWARE - NO Air Conditioning. We had to leave the windows open during the night and the street noise (people returning from bars and delivery/trash trucks in early morning) woke us on most nights.

Clean and bright apartment close to old town.

The apartment we stayed in was completely redone with modern amenities and furnishings. It was very clean and the location was perfect - just steps from the main shopping and tourist areas.
