"Very friendly and helpful staff. Great room with amazing view. (Room 7). Very nice balcony. In the center of the village. Easy walking to everything. I would stay there again. Lovely very small coffee shop and café on ground floor. Great selection of high quality cakes. No TV in room but don't let that put you off. It's a very nice place to stay."

We had the panoramic room, it isn’t a full panaramic view..so I feel the room is misrepresented..it should really just say “mountain view”..the word panaramic is mis leading…the staff seem not happy whatso ever ..and it says “free welcome drink” ..but we ended up with a tiny jam… Good stay but seems to be a bit of false advertising."

"Absolutely STUNNING palace with views straight out of the Sound of Music. You truly can’t beat that. When we visited, the property was undergoing some construction (totally understandable), however the accommodations made around it were not helpful. Difficult path to the check-in that was muddied quite heavily by rain. The staff seemed stressed out, and thus weren’t super helpful. "The location was great, it was very easy to drive to and then a short bus or train ride to the city. The hotel also included day passes for public transportation for each day. There is a mall across the street, so it you need food there are lots of options. The hotel room is small, we had to squeeze between the bed and the wall, but it was still very nice, it even has a heated bathroom floor. The breakfast was good, my only suggestion would be to keep the level of eggs higher, several...
