"The Open House - you left such a great memory to me! From our arrival to departure, this hotel exceeded expectations, mainly because of the service. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Cening, who took us to the restaurant area for a refreshing welcome drink and delicious fried bananas. Our luggage was taken care of and delivered to the room. We booked four nights and received a 30-minute free massage per person, plus breakfast included. I requested a room upstairs (there’s only first and second floor, no elevator). All rooms face the courtyard, so you get a view of the pool, lush greenery, and the soft sounds of birds. The room was beautiful, well maintained, and cleaned daily with fresh towels. It had AC, a fan, drinkable water, hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, liquid soap, shower caps, and even hats for guests to use. The room was spacious except for the toilet area, which was quite small, but the patio made up for it. The decor - wood and teal blue - makes you feel like you’re on a boat. Breakfast offered three options: American, Asian, and Healthy. I tried all and loved them. Big portions, coffee, juice, and fruits. The hotel is one minute from the beach and close to seafood restaurants. Their restaurant also serves a great menu - we preordered lobster 24h before. If I visit Jimbaran again, I’d definitely choose The Open House once more for its warmth and attention to detail."
