Staff during check in was polite and helpful. The room was clean but stains on bathtub and toilet. Advertised an ice maker but “they broke it.” During check out, an employee was speaking to someone on speaker phone about having to work all the time and do laundry all day. She attempted to walk away but was still very loudly speaking on speakerphone, I felt it was unprofessional and a call that should have been had in private.
