We are sorry, our hotel is normally very quiet. We hope your next stay will be much better.

Not sure how that happened. We had a maintenance issue and saved you a room. We do give you a choice at time of checkin also we do try and reach out to you when we have the proper phone number. Either way we are very sorry.

We are very sorry as the alarms are a safety issue and we have to trace what was setting it off. This is something we do take seriously, be assured we would act quickly if something was unsafe for iur guests!

We do have a couple of restaurants near us within walking distance. We are near freeways and mall. Not a far distance to shopping and downtown

Thank you for your review we will get right on that! Our brand does not offer breakfast but we do offer free coffee and free washer and dryers. We also have a cupboard which offers items to purchase since you do have a kitchen in the room. We hope to see you next time!!

Sorry about the bed. Most guest say they are comfortable. We have noted your comment.

Our website indicates all of our amenities. We are an extended stay property which offers free coffee, and free washer and dryer use. We try our best to have a good selection but busy times sometimes wipes us out! Our apologies!
