We were sorry to hear that the rest of your stay fell below your desired expectations. The Housekeeping and Maintenance Leadership Teams have been made aware of your findings and have addressed all of them. We strive to provide excellence in our customer service and are sorry we did not meet your standards in these areas. Your opinion about the hotel toilet paper has also been noted. As for the Marriott complimentary standard breakfast I feel compelled to defend your observations. It is Marriott policy that we use cage free eggs in any breakfast product we serve that contains eggs. We do not nor have we ever used/served powdered eggs. I am sorry you were not satisfied with the brand of waffles that we serve per Marriott, these waffles have been met with satisfaction by the majority of our guests. Our fruit is bought daily to ensure it’s freshness.Once again I am sorry our complimentary Marriott standard breakfast did not meet your expectations, this had to be frustrating.
