"Excellent location on the riverwalk, close to multiple restaurants and coffee shops. Room was spacious and clean, nice be & pillows, but some of the towels and bath mats were pretty worn for such a nice hotel. Fitness Center and roof top pool were very nice."

"This is our second stay here. Loved the place the first time we stayed. So of course we had to stay again. And just as expected, it was another wonderful stay. That signature scent as soon as you walk in to welcome you. Lobby staff excellent. Bartenders excellent. Restaurant staff excellent. And cleaning staff excellent. We will probably make this our place everytime we go to the riverwalk."

"The hotel was nice, but we had our room of the side of the cathedral, pretty but extremely noisy. We have been to the Riverwalk several times, but this was the first time that where the hotel is located was super noisy all night. The street noise, cars, car music was very loud throughout the night. We will probably skip this hotel in the future. Also upon checking out today we had to wait for over an hour to have our car brought out from valet parking. So make sure you request your car far in...

"The rooms were very clean and maintained daily which is not always the case any longer with many hotels. Air conditioning was working well. Soap and lotion in bathroom was higher end and very nice! Would definitely stay again."

The customer service was poor from check-in to check-out, with staff showing little interest in addressing our concerns or providing a welcoming experience. The room was not clean upon arrival. We noticed dirty surfaces, an unclean bathroom, and overall poor housekeeping, which made us uncomfortable during our stay. For the price we paid, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and service."
