"The description of the hotel and area were very misleading. The hotel is in a business district and due to the Easter/ Holy week holidays nothing in the area was open. the hotel was deserted and I may have been the only guest. No restaurant, no breakfast at hotel or near by, essentially a ghost town. I sadly prepaid for 5 nights. When I checked out after one night there was no accommodation for a partial refund. No manager available for the 5 days and the next week I was told No Refunds. If this is a vacation this is not the hotel for you. Moved to the Mira Flores area and was much happier despite the extra payment. "

Breakfast was really nice and flavorful. I enjoyed the Omelette with veggies, fresh fruit, and juice. The chef was always checking-in... I definitely come back again. Thank you!! "
