"Wie immer war unser Aufenthalt fantastisch im Maloja Palace. Vom Check-in bis zur Abreise war alles perfekt. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist phaenomenal. Jederzeit hilfsbereit und unglaublich freundlich. Das Hotel ansich ist schon eine Reise wert. Jeder Aufenthalt ist eine Zeitreise in eine Epoche des Tourismus Anfang des letzten Jahrhunderts. Das Maloja Palace ist unser zweites Zuhause im Engadin geworden. Wir werden in Zukunft garantiert wieder dessen Gastfreundschaft geniessen. Danke...

"The apartment was absolutely perfect and had stunning views over Lake Como. The pizzeria next door was also great and had fab food. We really appreciated the welcome package too on arrival, with food, snacks and wine. However, the apartment is quite far away from the main town area. We didn't mind the walk down to the centre as it was all downhill, but the walk back was pretty tough (and we are late 20s and consider ourselves quite fit!). It was quite easy to organise a taxi to take us back but...

"Amazing views. Lovely home with everything you need.Directions to property perfect.we went to Como, saw views from ferry boats, had great meals, local, restaurants and went to top of mountain to explore. Would definitely come again!"

"the customer service was incredible for this property. My friends and I are college students and this was a perfect place for us. We couldn’t figure out how to get the water to heat up in the shower but that is our only complaint. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"The property has a beautiful view but was very dated. The sliding door to the balcony did not function well, so we had to leave it open all the time. The lock in the frontdoor did not function well because something was broken. We locked ourselves in or could not open it anymore from the outside. So we had to leave it open all the time. Somerone came to fix it, but hé said that nothiing was wrong and you need special feeling to open the door. That is not what we expect on our vacation. The...
