"we have a reservation for two rooms for 6 Seniors, we arrive at the hotel and there were no rooms available, the hotel had been without running water for 72 hours and they never called us to inform us. We arrive at 9 pm, and where nowhere to go, a city that we never been before, it was really scary ..."
