"Inside was fairly clean. The outside could use a power spray cleaning at least every week from the smell of urine. Luggage Staff was extremely helpful. Check-in Staff that helped me could be more friendly to encourage customers to come back. Overall stay was okay to good."

"Short drive into SF city. Parking is an arm and a leg. Prepare for the windiest walk from lobby to parking lot. Love that we were on the 14th floor facing the bay. The view of the sunset from our room on our 1st night was phenomenal. Unfortunately, on the 2nd night it was super cloudy. Room is clean ..."
