"A short walk from the terminal and not too difficult to find. The outstanding people who greeted us and made us welcome were a memorable highlight. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt we were getting 5 Star service. The room is not big but the bathroom is excellent and the room decor fresh and modern. Thank you to the team at Magnifico, we had a comfortable, enjoyable stay."

"Room was very clean. The only real problem was there was no elevator and we were on the 4th floor. Breakfast was excellent but very little light in selections. On the whole a nice stay."

"The hotel is old and dirty. The room is small and the shower didn't drain properly. The walls and windows are thin and you can hear the noises from both inside and outside the hotel. This hotel is far from being a four-stars hotel."

Excellent breakfast with made to order choice of coffee. Bus station is walking distance which allows for easy access to Taormina and Syracuse to name two. All of the staff were very helpful. "

"Bitterly disappointed with this hotel. On reading the website when booking it advertises sea, relaxation and comfort. However on arrival we were informed the pool, sea swimming and the dive centre were closed all of which open on 1st June as listed under the “services subsection” of the website. "This was a very nice hotel with a great pool area and a convenient location in Catania—right by the sea and close to the airport. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. However, we did encounter two issues. Although the property has a restaurant, the operating hours were not convenient for us, as it was only open from 1:00–2:30 p.m. and then again at 8:00 p.m. In addition, there was no access to the hotel’s beach in May; we were...

"breakfast was OK Yes Ocean view"

"Oversized room with a jacuzzi, however, the system leaked and water seeped into adjacent room. No 24 hour staff, so, you need to be in communication. We left before staff arrived and left the key on the hook with other keys so no security beyond the cameras. The location was ideal as was the price."

"It is a beautiful spot! The rooms are very spacious and clean. The floors are a terracotta or stone tile and you need to wear slippers or shoes on them. The outdoor furniture is nice but very old and in need of freshening up and cleaning. The pool is stunning and a nice break in warmer afternoons. The breakfast was well done and great start to the day. Plenty of hot water and water pressure. The office was very helpful."
