Not a paradise at all.

Try to stay away! We booked 13 days in advance by hotels.com. Att arrival there was No room for us. They booked us instead to a local hotel for the same price -a room that 50% less cost, with No view to a terrible location. We had No choise But to spend Only a night there. They refuse to give a compensation. They don’t speak english and they email in italian, although We asked 3 times. If You want to visit, call them in advance. It is the first time that this kind of scam happens to us. We booked the superior room with Etna view for 100€ and We got for the same price a basement room with No view. The hotel stuff behavior was unacceptable.

Cet hôtel a du être très beau il y a quelques années. On sent qu’il a eu ses heures de gloire mais vit sur ses acquis. Plein de choses sont à revoir par exemple un bar ouvert pour prendre l’apéro en terrasse, nettoyer la piscine pleine de poussière de l’Etna etc etc

Pour la vue sur l'Etna

Beau bâtiment et parc attenant. Parking facile dans le parc de l'hôtel. Accueil professionnel. Chambre un peu vieillotte, surtout la salle de bain mais ça reste très confortable et très propre. Calme grâce à un double vitrage efficace. Vue magnifique sur le volcan depuis la salle petit déjeuner. Restauration possible. Séjour agréable

Fantastic old world charm. Loved breakfast served on the roof looking at Mt Etna. Staff are lovely. Room quirky old world. Loved it loved it. I’m gluten free and they were very accommodating. Would stay again in a heartbeat. I stayed Monday to Friday. As this hotel is geared towards weddings it may be a different experience at weekends. My only negative is I got bit a lot by the pool area where it is very green. Management need to get the greenery sprayed. Other than that 5 stars. (You need a car too)

Ganske udemærket hotel til pengene. Flot udsigt til Etna fra morgenmadsrestauranten på tagterrassen. Der er et meget venligt personale på hotellet, som er gode til at tale engelsk og meget gerne vil hjælpe. Stor ros til personalet. Hotellet bærer præg af, at det er et ældre hotel, og der var lidt fugtigt på vores værelse.
