This is a charming older property that is meticulously maintained. This is my 4th stay here in the last 16 months. For me it’s my home away from home. I know most of the staff personally and consider them my friends. Excellent service and sensitivity to my needs as a guest !

All staff members are outstanding, they always bring you an excellent service,they make you feel like home really. We are a frecuent users and they recognize you and know your preferences. There are just one detail that must be corrected asap, unfortunately we always have the same observation. This hotel offers around 80 well maintained rooms but is inaceptable having just 3 bed chairs for 2 pools, this cause bad feeling and complains with other guests when you are the only one using the bed chairs at the pool ( its not fair for anyone). The hotel manager must take action and get solve this issue asap. At this point looks like the managment is the only department of the hotel that needs better performance. This is a friendly complain because we love the hotel and this affects negatively the overall quality of the place and affect the hard work the staff provide. This is not the first time we complain about this issue and hope finally will get solve ( we have 2 years asking for the same reason and it's becoming very anoing not having a satisfactory solution) for sure all guests will appreciate it.

This was the closest it came to a resort, we did request 2 queen beds, but got a room with 3 twin beds. My favorite part of staying there was the pool. And food and drinks served around the pool.

The property is excellent, but they need to renovate the rooms ASAP before getting old and rusty, they need to put new sheets, towels, batteries on the AC remote, one of the room didn’t have soap and shampoo in the bottles, in other words they need to pay attention in MAINTENANCE, the hotel is excellent, location, pool and everything, hopefully the take care on those detail soon.
