"We had an amazing time ! There’s lots to do on this beautiful property. The nightly entertainment was great. Food and drinks were really good. The kids didn’t want to leave.. they had a lot of fun in the pool, beach and the kids club.What really elevated our experience and what will bring us back - was the staff ! Everyone was super helpful and always greeted us with a smile. A special to thanks to Eliutt - our concierge and his team - they were exceptional and made our stay memorable ! "

"We had a lovely stay! The area was safe, and the hotel was clean. We had and all inclusive package we purchased from Expedia which also included our plane tickets as well. We ate all our meals at the beautiful sister property Playa Los Arcos which had the restaurant at their Resort. It was a short walk to get to the neighboring property across the street and wasn't a problem at all for us each day. The air conditioning was great in our room and our bed was comfortable.
