"The hotel itself is pretty. But there were a lot of little things that I didn’t love. When we got there the AC wasn’t working, luckily they didn’t have any issues changing our room. The shuttle that they offer is a little expensive, I would say just get a taxi from the airport. The free breakfast some days is really good and others, it’s just not that great.
The thing that really put a bad taste in our mouth is that the front desk lady had been lovely the whole trip, but when we set up...

"If you want to relax and enjoy nature this is definitely for you , our cabin was clean ,nice kitchen and the air conditioning work amazing .
They have staff 24 hours
My only complaint will be how to get to the property since you can get lost easily we need more bigger signs that’s it
But great place to stay"

"Property is very nice and very clean, it is in a perfect location, safety place to stay, and even if it doesnt have a nice view from the second floor, still beautiful. We love it, and we can not wait to go back visit el salvador, and stay there again.

"No me llegue a hospedarme pero el seguimiento queda el anfitrión o los anfitriones son muy malos , en el día del hospedaje me mandaron a pedir mi teléfono , no hubo seguimiento ni antes ni después , ose les importo si llegaba o no , el seguimiento es muy importante cuando alguien viaja a un lugar que no conoce , la informacion el seguimiento es vital "
