"Excellent location and close to the beach and the main strip of shops and restaurants. Room was clean and had a great sea view. Sound proofing was poor and could hear noise/wardrobes being opened and closed next door."

"The check in process was smooth, the attendant was very attentive anr kind. However, The property needs some work, the jacuzzi doesnt have hot water as a jacuzzi should, temperature was cold. There are no towels around the jacuzzi unless you request them at the lobby prior to using the jacuzzi. The towels in the rooms had hairs in them, and some stains. The rooms get cleaned daily but only to take trash out, housekeeping doesnt broom. The hotel needs better attention to cleaning details. The hot...

"The reception desk is in front of the hotel. No signs for it or nothing, we almost left for another hotel till we found a worker cleaning the room and asked them for help. Toilet was unflushed or maybe had chemicals in it which were yellow. No amenities such as soap, bodywash, etc. Bathroom door broken. "We got there abit early but couldn’t check in which was fine but the hotel was not busy at all, very clean, very easy to find your way round, most of the staff are very nice and helpful. Stayed 3 nights. Great location for bossa.
