The room was very nice like a studio apartment. They had a microwave in the main lobby/shared space with a mini fridge/freezer in room. The staff were very kind and helpful. Pool area was clean and comfortable. Location was perfectly situated between old San Juan and a local beach. Getting around was an affordable experience using Uber. Pretty much everyone spoke English but if you know some Spanish I suggest trying to use some of it to embrace the culture of Puerto Rico. I will say if you intend to use the upper bunk/sleeping area you need to be capable of climbing a ladder. My kids thought it was super cool and enjoyed the unique area. I did not have an issue with water not getting hot/warm as stated in prior reviews. You just need to let it warm up a little that’s all. We plan on visiting again and will be staying at Romeo Gay Hotel.

Property was clean. Had many problems with the door yo the room. Staff is very pleasant, and helpful. Would not stay there again. Lacks many useful accessories. Especially in bathroom. No place to put things. Not accommodation for seniors.

I paid for two double beds. I was coming in with three people. Unfortunately, none of us could climb the ladder to get up to the second double bed at the loft area. It was a bit dangerous to climb up that ladder. advertisements don’t communicate the fact that this is not a handicap accessible property. It may not even be accessible to people with physical limitations like seniors. So the three of us had to sleep together in one bed crowded. When we asked to switch room so that we could get two accessible beds, they said that all the rooms in the facility are exactly the same.

Es complicado encontrar la propiedad ya que no esta visiblemente identificada con el nombre del hotel al que reservas ya que son varios en uno. Y no es hasta que entras al lobby que ves los diferentes hoteles de esa propiedad. Para mi mala suerte me tocó en cambio de turno y la joven que estaba me hablaba como si yo fuera empleada y conociera de todos los procedimientos del hotel. Mi reservacion disque NO aparecia y aunque ya estaba paga que ella NO podia hacer nada. Pero evidentemente no queria pasar trabajo. La 2da chica fue mucho mas amable y me resolvio. Esta ubicada en una calle que de noche se ve media peligrosa y solitaria. NO hay seguridad en las afueras de la propiedad. Entrada y salida de la propiedad es afuera NO por el Lobby. La propiedad es preciosa. Los cuartos amplios. Fui con niña pequeña. No tienen cunas para bebes. El agua caliente es complicado. Apesar de esa mala impresión a la entrada todo lo demas estuvo excelente.
