Room was clean and stocked with waters, snacks and robes. Staff was very helpful and kind. Everything was well kept and housekeeping did a great job of freshening up throughout our stay. Only suggestion would be to add a microwave and ice machine in the common area accessible to guests (had to ask for ice every time we needed some). Overall amazing experience!!

My girlfriend and I came from New Jersey for a weekday stay and we had a fantastic time. Stephen and Lily are amazing hosts of the hotel and Angel is a spectacular security guard. We felt very safe and comfortable for our entire stay. 10/10 would recommend to anyone! We will definitely be coming back!

This was a great spot that is close to a lot of things to do (mall , beach , food & bars) . The property is fairly small , the room , the pool & “gym” . It was perfect for my boyfriend and I.

Overall, very clean and secure property. Perfect for singles and couples. Making the robes in each room standard would be a nice touch. The restaurant and bar is set to open this upcoming month so that will be a great addition to this property. The only feedback is the music plays a little loud during the day or at least I could hear it in my room, doesn’t make for a great midday nap! Overall, aesthetically pleasing, clean, secure!

Staff are very nice and welcoming. We mentioned a small blue line in the tv that didn’t bother us, we just wanted to let them know for their convenience and the next thing we know we got a new tv! Room was perfect for a getaway. Staff were so attentive and courteous. Coffee shop is a street down so I Walgreens in walking distance. Toilet was my only issue it moved every time we sat down ,more towels would be great ! Would stay here again for my next visit !

The room was exactly as it was pictured! The rain shower was an unexpected bonus. I would definitely recommend to others looking to travel to PR. It was in close proximity to several dining establishments, the beach and a short drive to Old San Juan. The concierge, hostess, front desk attendant Jess was super friendly and helpful. The only bummer, the on-site restaurant is under renovation.
