I like close to outlet and shopping centers, spacious room, complete kitchen the best. What I don’t like only 3 bath towels available for 5 persons for bath. But the rest are all excellent.

Booked 3 rooms and stayed 2 nights. Both days, and all 3 rooms were always short of towels. Other than that, the stay was nice.

1. Positives: Well-appointed rooms in a new hotel. Welcoming front-desk. Good house-keeping staff. 2. Negatives: 1. Highway traffic noise 2. Funky room layout. It looks great and is very functional. However, the bathroom sink is located near the bed. If you use the sink at night, it will wake up the person sleeping in the bed.

no hot water upon check in was not informed of the situation until hours later when i went to take a shower. called the desk to report no hot water and this is when i was told about the hot water not working at the moment. i was told that maintenance was currently working on it. front desk should have informed me of the hot water issue as I was checking in This was unacceptable

Nice, clean, affordable. Breakfast options could be a little better. Fresh coffee was not available after breakfast hours. Furniture in the lobby was filthy, could really use cleaning or replacing. But the furniture in our room was in very good condition. The staff was exceptional, although the breakfast attendant was not very pleasant or accommodating (guests had to ask that food and coffee be replenished. I usually tip the breakfast attendant but did not this time). Overall, very good experience. We have stayed here before and will stay again.

Nice property but we were greeted by this horrible rotten egg odor. The beds were very uncomfortable and my back is really suffering from it. We couldnt get fresh towels because something apparently was up with the plumbing. Breakfast was awful Staff was very kind

Very nice room!
Great property, nice and friendly staff, very nice room. Breakfast was nice too. Only draw back is that the rooms do not have blackout drapes to cover the entire window so the sun shone in my room much earlier than I planned to.

For those with pets, this property is pet friendly. I prefer not to stay at pet friendly properties but, this one wasn't so bad. I won't stay here again, but those with pets should definitely choose this peopeery.

Was booking through Hotels.com a mistake?
Arrived at the hotel to find out they were booked and my room was no longer available. Had to go to another hotel that I didn't select. I believe it was because I booked through Hotels.com as I've never had this happen. Was horrible to find out after being on the road for hours. All I wanted to do was rest in my room

The room was not cleaned well, carpet was very dirty and trash still in two trash cans. Room next door had dog barking for two hours, so a bit frustrating. Wifi was not consistent. Overall, for the purpose of the trip, it worked out, but for the cost I expected more.

My expectations may be too high but I think hotels should clearly state that it is pet friendly or not. When I see dogs everywhere and the carpets are dirty, I wonder what happened. I was disappointed in the quality for a Hilton hotel. I’m realizing that after the pandemic, decent quality and a decent experience is rare and to not be expected unless you’re spending BIG bucks. Time to stay home 😑

The property is very well managed - the breakfast was excellent, food was great and dining area was spotless. The room was super clean with excellent AC. Would recommend a quick or extended stay. The kitchen area was more than adequate even for an extended stay.

The girl at the check in was so nice and that’s honestly the only good thing about this experience. The room was disgusting dirty. You can really see how the cleaning isn’t done at all bed sheets were stained smelled the floor was dirty the restroom was dirty the kitchen area was dirty everything was disgusting. The pull out sofa bed was the worst we found all kinds of mess in there. Only one elevator was working so you had to wait a long time for it. Then it was to pack when it finally got to your floor omg the worst.

Front desk service was excellent, went above and beyond to help us move rooms due to our 2 separate bookings. The breakfast was hot, clean, tasty, and the attendants were very helpful - brought us to-go containers, and cleaned up quickly. Overall, the kids used the sports court almost every day when it cooled off at night. We also appreciated the convenient washer/dryers and the ice machines.
