Excellent hotel- food, comfort, views and facilities

We visited this hotel for one night. The hotel was in a beautiful little village with stunning views of the mountains and peaks. The hotel was immaculately clean. I loved the idea of the spa bag which came with robes, slippers and a towel. The pool area was great with various drinks to refresh yourself. Breakfast was a great bonus, lots of continental choices however, they also have a menu to choose some freshly made cooked items such as omelets, crepes and pancakes. I would definitely...

This was an amazing hotel with staff that couldn’t do enough for you. Definately be back and ideal for access to all the walls xxx

A genuinely fantastic experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone. The service throughout was impeccable. The room was wonderful and spacious with fresh towels each day. The spa is brilliant and if you have the chance to join an Aufguss session we would strongly recommend it - it was great! The itinerary of daily events was a really nice touch and the dessert buffet (Fridays) and banquet dinners (Sundays) were very good. One of the very best hotel stays I have had.

Cannot fault the hotel at all. Service was incredible, staff will go above and beyond, clean rooms and the spa is brilliant! The views from the hotel are incredible as well. Breakfast was amazing too with lots of options - I have never seen protein powder at a breakfast buffet! Just an FYI, you need a universal adaptor if you want to charge anything by your bed. The normal European two pin (round) plug points are by the desk and in the bathroom.

Amazing place and so relaxing

Beautiful alpine hotel that is wonderfully located and has stunning views in all directions. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Breakfast selection was excellent. Would recommend.

Staff were very welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay, they could not do enough to help us and make sure our stay was as smooth as possible. Spa facilities were great, lots of options and not too overcrowded. At the beginning of our stay we were given a list of all the activities put on by the hotel that week which was a nice touch. Dinner was incredible, great flavours and well thought out presentation. Breakfast was also great with a huge selection, including the option to make your...

Stunning location. Staff super friendly. Good buffet breakfast

Beautiful and staff weee excellent!

Beautiful place, very well appointed and all things well considered.

Staffs very friendly and provide excellent recommendations for the local areas. Very clean and tidy room, with amazing experience in the spa and all the included facilities.

The air conditioning works! A rare feature on this holiday! The reception was helpful. Parking was safe and secure. Breakfast was simple but enough. Close to the old town.

The whole experience was unreal and I'm not sure I can holiday anywhere else with kids ever again. The kids club, activities, staff, food, spa, pool, room - EVERYTHING was amazing. If you're English and worried about language barriers for the kids, we had no issues, all the staff speak great english and at dinner you get a set table which is near other English speaking families to easily make friends. A couple of the kids shows are in Italian but our toddler still loved them and all the outings...
