The property had a beautiful view and the rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast offered was a nice touch each morning. We had massages, which was the highlight of our stay. The masseuse ROCKED!!! The salt cave offered a nice way to wind down, but we especially enjoyed sitting out by the pool and enjoying the vast Tuscan views. A nice stay with a walk to town location. 5 stars.

It’s great for a 2-3 day stay ! Quiet , Cute and Tuscan style hotel . Between your Venice, Florence or Rome trip if you can squeeze in 2-3 days that will be more than enough to let you recharge. My father was able to get a massage and mentioned it was amazing , looks like those fill up quick , so if you are planning on getting massage make sure you book early. For sure go to the outdoor pool and indoor pool area . Cheers !

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The only thing we would do differently next time is stay longer. The salt caves were really nice and the pool facilities were also great.

Beautiful property with the most amazing views you can find in the whole Tuscany. The pool and the pool area are incredible! All well maintained, lovely landscaping and all pristine! The only downside is that it’s mandatory to use a swimming cap in the pool (you can purchase it at the front desk). We had the spa package but I ended up not using it since we mostly use the outdoor pool before or after visiting towns around. It was still very hot at the beginning of September, so the pool was a super plus! The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious, very clean and well maintained. The decoration of the main lobby and the breakfast area could use a renovation since it looks very dated but I have to admit all it’s all in great shape. The restaurant right next to the property is delicious, friendly staff and stunning views. The location is convenient to easily walk and stroll around Val d’ Orcia. I would highly recommend Casanova hotel if you’re planning to explore most famous towns in the Tuscany. Pienza, Montalcino, Montepulciano and Siena are between 15 to 30 min from Val d’ Orcia.

Super friendly staff and very nice and relaxing place! The cave spa is amazing; would definitely recommend. Rooms are spacious; beds comfy with memory foam toppers, and bathroom good-sized with rainfall shower. Great views, too, from the pool area.

Great holiday break.

Fantastic stay, staff very welcoming and helpful. Hotel fantastic layout and pool areas. Rooms very good, air con excellent nd very good bathrooms with rain shower. Will definetley be returning. 5 star.

Beautiful property, but hospitality is lagging. Also if you’re in a loft room, there is a hazardous stair to the bathroom which is right beside the stairs down to lower level, so need to be very careful at night. No night lights. Plus, the noise from other guests going up their stairs in rooms beside you is SO LOUD! Paper thin walls. And no kitchen dishes or utensils were available in our kitchen (and stove was turned off!) Instead they provided a good breakfast, but was still inconvenient for having a glass of wine in our room. Would be an amazing property with a little attention to detail, better sound barriers between rooms and improved service.

Razoável

O atendimento é bom. O quarto é razoável, limpo. O ar condicionado estava gelando bem, o chuveiro tb estava funcionando bem, apesar da pequena área pra banho. Como ponto fraco destaco a tv muito pequena e sem conexão com an internet. Além disso o hotel usa uma política inusitada para permitir a utilização das piscinas: eles exigem uso de touca de banho. E utilizam isso pra vender as toucas na recepção. A impressão que passa é que o hotel só faz essa exigência pra lucrar com a venda das toucas, já que é um acessório que quase ninguém carrega consigo.

Leider hatte mein Zimmer nur einen Gartenblick, aber ansonsten hat alles gepasst. Es waren sogar 2 Kochplatten und ein Kühlschrank im Schrank versteckt. Was man beachten sollte ist das die Benutzung der Grotte extra kostet und nicht im Zimmerpreis enthalten ist.
