"Great location. You can really walk to anything you want to see in Florence. It's also only about a 5 minute walk to the train station. The hotel itself is truly historic with a nice entry and stairwell, but I found the room very plain and in need of updates."

The room is beautiful, beautiful ceilings, comfortable beds, strong big shower, beautiful fixtures, and they had a steamer. Wrote notes to us almost daily, recognized my birthday with a bottle of wine. Lovely hotel."
