Nos hubiera gustado que tuviera una mejor experiencia en nuestro hotel y es por ello que tomamos nota para mejorar los puntos que no fueron de su agrado.Nuestro servicio de turndown opera todos los días. Además siempre contamos con un equipo de respaldo que trabaja para cualquier imprevisto, como por ejemplo un turndown tardío. Operamos, como muchos hoteles, con el "door knob" donde de un lado muestra la solicitud de limpieza y del otro lado dice "por favor no molestar". A pesar de los desafíos normales que ocurren durante los meses de temporada alta, el servicio de cobertura fue considerablemente bien.Sin embargo es evidente que esta vez no pudimos alcanzar nuestro objetivo, ofrecer una experiencia excepcional a nuestros clientes. Overpriced average food. Room poorly sound insulated. Service poor at management level - staff require more training. Overall disappointing stay. Cleanliness could be better. Amenities very stingy.

The overall state of the property is great so is the gym. The stuff is very friendly specially the ones at breakfast. However, I was disappointed about the Spa, they have so many lockers in the changing room but the spa are cannot accommodate that many people. The Turkish bath only holds 5 people and the sauna was broken which was the main reason we’ve chosen the hotel.

Great hotel
Great hotel with really nice staff. Some areas of peeling paint and missing tiles in pool as well as a couple of drains at breakfast smelt. Staff needed to be more attentive at lunch and breakfast and didn’t clear trays away around the pool. Everything else was excellent though

Sotogrande - elegant, tasteful and eco-friendly.
The hotel was recently renovated and expanded and it is stunning. The design is beautiful and takes advantage of the natural amenities of the location. The hotel staff members are welcoming and very helpful. I highly recommend a stay here!
