"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained and the staff was friendly, professional and always willing to help. The service was excellent from check-in to check-out and I felt welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from each morning. I am very happy with my experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"Enjoyed our stay of 3 days in Mesa due to our hotel being in a central area to our air port, our 3 places we needed to visit. Room was clean plenty of towels working pool and air conditioning. We received delicious breakfasts plenty of icewater and ice for drinks."

"Upon checking in, I was greeted by the friendliest staff member, Angel. He clearly likes his job, which is refreshing, He filled me in on everything the hotel had to offer. A perk I have never experienced at any other hotel was the complimentary dinner and 3 drink offer every evening. The dinner menu is on a 3-day rotation. I wasn't able to take advantage of this offer because of obligations. However, it was nice to know the option was there if needed. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable enough and there were plenty of pillows. Being from the Northeast, I would've enjoyed the option of being able to lower the AC below the preset thermometer temp of 67 degrees. Unfortunately, my blood has not thinned and acclimated to the AZ climate yet in July. My King room had a walk-in shower that included soap and shampoo. The water pressure was a bit low, and I would've loved a handheld option for quicker rinsing. The breakfast had a lot of options, but after staying there for 8 days, I was surprised they never changed anything. It was literally the same exact breakfast every single day. Muffins, breads and bagels for toasting. Waffle makers, Cereal. Scrambled eggs, sausage, seasoned potatoes, biscuits and gravy. I would've loved to see some bacon or a different potato / egg option. The pool was not crowded early in the day. There was plenty of seating and towels. A little dirty after a dust storm, but still nice. All in all, I was pretty satisfied with my stay here."

"The staff was wonderful and helpful, the food was great and the public areas were beautiful. The down side was the room. Generally it was clean, so no issues there. However there many issues with the finish and wear areas. The tub spout was not solidly mounted and I was afraid it would come out of the wall. Someone tried to repair it with white silicone. Not a good idea. The doors to the bathroom were crooked and hard to close. The door hinges, outlets and other ares were painted over poorly and no care was taken to avoid over splash (all in the bathroom). The last item is more of a poor design choice, but there was no fan in the bathroom. It seems like all hotels should have fans to reduce the chances of mold in rooms where ventilation is not guaranteed."
