Abbiamo prenotato in questa struttura perché ci sembrava un buon compromesso tra qualità e prezzo attirati dalle ottime recensioni, ma si è rivelato molto oltre le aspettative! Il B&B è gestito da Martina, host cortese e disponibilissima che ci ha consigliato spesso i posti più belli da visitare nelle vicinanze. La struttura è rustica e molto caratteristica ma pulitissima e dotata di tutti i comfort. La colazione è molto abbondante, sia dolce che salata e gran parte dei dolci sono preparati dalla stessa Martina così come le marmellate che sono una delizia. Il paese di San Vito non è vicinissimo al mare ma è collegato benissino a tutta la rete stradale a scorrimento veloce, e ci si mette pochissimo in macchina a raggiungere tutte le più belle spiagge della zona. Insomma è stato un piacere soggiornare lì per una settimana e la prima notte che abbiamo dormito a casa dopo la vacanza ci è venuta un po' di nostalgia...

Ruhige Nächte in traditionell sardischer Unterkunf

Zu unserer super Woche auf Sardinien in San Vito hat die Beherbergung bei Martina ganz wesentlich beigetragen! Wir hatten ein blitzsauberes geräumiges und klimatisiertes Zimmer mit Bad und Zugang durch einen kleinen, sehr nett bepflanzen Hinterhof. Das Frühstücksbuffet besteht aus frischen Produkten aus dem Ort und wird täglich leicht variiert. Es erwartet einen eine Herberge in authentisch sardischem Ambiente bei einer sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeberin - Klare Empfehlung!

Ich habe einige Tage meiner Sardinien-Reise in Martinas Unterkunft verbracht und kann sie nur empfehlen. Es ist ein süßes und sardisch eingerichtetes B&B. Martina selbst ist eine sehr offene und freundliche Person. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohlgefühlt! Zwei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt gibt es viele kostenlose Parkplätze. Vol San Vito ist es auch mit dem Auto nicht weit zu schönen Stränden. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Excelente opción

Apartamento maravilloso. A pesar de estar en un pueblo mas céntrico, tienes diferentes playas a 15-20 minutos en coche. Cagliari tambien está medianamente cerca. Ademas, para aparcar en el pueblo no hay problema. La habitación era grande, con un baño amplio también. Tenía aire acondicionado (muy importante en verano porque hace demasiado calor) y todos los utensilios necesarios. El desayuno era buffet y te lo hacía Martina cada mañana, siempre dispuesta a ayudarte y hacerte la estancia más agradable. La disoonibilidad de la familia para comentar cualquier cosa era excepcional. La casa estaba muy limpia.

L'alloggio era ampio, pulito, confortevole e molto caratteristico. I padroni di casa sono stati molto ospitali. Il paese è piccolo ma ottimamente servito e le spiagge della zona sono una più bella dell'altra. Location strategica per chi vuole visitare le bellezze del sarrabus

what a little wonder

Martina and Alessandro were wonderful hosts. friendly helpful and full of information about the surrounding area. The rooms were beautifully designed in keeping with the age of the building with lovely little details. Breakfast was fresh every day with plenty of local produce. I will definitely be recommending my friends to them and I will be back next year.

Esperienza stupenda

Insieme al mio compagno ho trascorso ben 8 giorni in questo B&B e mi sono trovata divinamente. La stanza ben arredata, pulita e con ogni confort. Ma la parte più speciale è Martina la titolate: sempre sorridente, disponibile ma discreta; attenta ai bisogno dei suoi ospiti non fa mancare mai nulla. Roomy and comfortable with superb breakfast. Lovely courtyard. The TV wouldn’t,t work and we couldn’t,t get wifi until the morning. The courtyard LOOKS great but for carrying cases across not so good. My major complaint wherever I am in the world is that there are never enough...if any... hooks in the bathroom. Where do you put your clean clothes, pyjamas, towel, toilet bag?????

Super Unterkunft in San Vito bei B & B Martina

Wir haben das erste Mal B & B ausprobiert und haben uns bei Martina wie zu Hause gefühlt! So lernt man das Land und die Menschen viel besser kennen als in einem Hotel. Sehr praktisch war unser Mietwagen, mit dem wir Cagliari, die wunderschöne Umgebung und unzählige Strände erkundet haben.

Super freundlich und super Frühstück mit Ambiente

Wir wurden super freundlich empfangen und haben trotz sehr später Buchung das Zimmer geputzt beziehen. Das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen War extrem reichhaltig und lecker bei sehr schönem ruhigen Ambiente im liebevoll gestalteten Garten. Und unbedingt dem Restaurant-Tip von Martina folgen. Geniale Pizza und sardische Fischplatte zu super Preisen. Sehr gern wieder.

B&B con encanto cercano a la playa

Nuestra estancia fue de 4 días y estamos encantados. Lo recomendamos encarecidamente. Nos encantó todo. La atención, el lugar. El pueblo tiene mucha vida a pesar de ser pequeño. Está bien comunicado con otros pueblos. Un desayuno estupendo servido en un patio precioso y soleado.

Liebevoll gestaltete Unterkunft, nette Vermieterin

Es gibt nichts, was man vermisst. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet, das Frühstück war vielfältig. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und gab sich große Mühe alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Für uns war lediglich das Bett nicht optimal, da die zwei Matratzen sich nachts voneinander entfernten und man dann auf dem Lattenrost schlief. ;)

séjour très agréable. Martina et son mari sont très chaleureux et offre un accueil courtois et attentif La maison est décorée avec soin et goût dans le style sarde petit déjeuner copieux et savoureux avec des produits locaux et frais le jardinet et la terrasse sont un havre de verdure et de calme notre chambre simple mais spacieuse offrait un confort qualitatif avec un réfrigérateur ce qui est appréciable L'emplacement dans un petit village un peu à l'écart n'est pas gênant si l'on veut découvrir la région et les magnifiques plages facilement et rapidement accessible en voiture par nouvelle route SS 125 Nous séjournerons de nouveau sans hésiter

Viaggio nel tempo

Immerso nel silenzio di un piccolo borgo, il b&b ha la capacità di riportare i suoi ospiti indietro nel tempo... Lo consiglio sia per la vicinanza, in auto, dalle spiagge sia per il relax e la gentilezza dei proprietari. Ottima la colazione.
