"Overall everything was good from checking in to checking out would be nice to have couple shades by the pool so when the adults are watching their kids we can stay away from the sun"

"Our 3rd stay there in 3 years, 1 of 2 elevators broken, was not repaired before we left. Hallway carpets need to be replaced. Breakfast was boringly repetitive, same thing every day except Sundays there are pancakes. There is a huge military presence embedded there, same as last year. The overall vibe felt like less of a vacation and more like we were visiting a military base. Wonder if all the Laredo hotels are like this? I guess we’ll explore other options next year."
