"Room was nice and clean. Hotel is extremely close to airport so you’re there in 3 minutes time. Restaurant Wingnutz had amazing wings and pizza. 10/10"

"The inroom spa tub was wonderful. The room was clean and really quiet. The bed was good but they need new pillows. The property was nice but parking is not great on the property. There are several city parking lots I front of the hotel but the city was re-paving the surrounding roads and parking lots so it will be better in the future?"

"Overall excellent. I had an issue with the refrigerator but due to maintenance not being available, I took it upon myself to resolve it since it was imperative to have it ready. So, it was all about reconnecting to the electric outlet and rearranging the connections. It all worked out. I have no idea as to the reason for the cable to be disconnected from the wall. But it was good after that."

"I liked the hotel and location. Just one thing. I booked the hotel because it has a bath tub due to a health condition eased by a bath at night. The first room had no plug and no way to keep the water in, as checked by the person on front desk. They kindly moved me to another room but the same issue was there. I couldn't be doing with moving a third time so wasn't too well the next day for work."

"Room was nice & clean. Staff was polite & helpful. Pool & jacuzzi were nice. Breakfast was good but need more staff to help. Only had 1 women and she was doing the best she could. Felt bad for her. It was very busy and as quick as she replenished and put things out… it was emptied. Would definitely stay again."

"property was very run down. Rooms smelled like mold and smoke. very old carpet in room. old bed covers. Pool was closed. Front staff was rude. Didnt even stay, checked out and left after 5 min. they wouldn't refund the booking. Front staff was yelling. Dont book this hotel!!!"

"We really like the hotel and the break fast they provided. The only complaint about this hotel was the water was draining very slowly from tub and they initially gave the room that was not yet ready. They gave new room finally"

"Everything in the room was old and need replacing. Wallpaper was peeling off. The sink and bathtub were cracked and peeling. The toilet didn't flush right. Even the light fixture in the doorway was falling out."

"What I liked was that the room was adequately clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was wide open with many tables spread around. It would have been a better experience if the closet in the room was maintained well and organized. Breakfast could have included more choices of items."

"Great ambience. Clean rooms … helpful staff. Beautiful room windows and rec areas including outdoor spaces. Will def stay again. The history is rich and plentiful too with a great spot just a block away for grabbing a bite to eat and / or a drink too!"

"The hotel seems average. For what it offers, I think it is a bit expensive. The rooms could use better ambiance, as it is an older hotel and does not have a pleasant smell. The employees, however, are very friendly. The breakfast is very limited. Its has a large parking lot for free."

"Hotel, lobby and bar very beautiful antique decor. Loved the mini aquarium in the lobby and jacuzzi room was quite comfortable. Only dislike was the breakfast, very nice set up, however food was bland, and tasteless...left with coffee and banana. May stay again, definitely getting breakfast elsewhere"

"Appreciate the 24/7 airport shuttle!! Especially when I’ve never been to Buffalo & after 10 hours of delays landed at 2 am instead of 5 pm the night before!!"
