"Checking in Joshua was very personable and helpful. Only got 1 room key though instead of 2. Not a lot of parking. The area where the breakfast is served was small and hard to navigate with the crowds…it wasn’t an open concept so really only accommodated about 4-5 people before we were walking on top of each other. "We were disappointed the spa was closed.
After turning on the heating the corner by the heater smelled of dog urine.
The walls were very thin and conversations from the group of young girls next door were easily heard. After midnight I asked the group to quiet down as the sound carried through the wall and lock off door.
Husband thought the bed was soft and lumpy.
We went next door for breakfast as bread products or yogurt were the main options.
The restaurant next door had amazing...

"Great hotel. My only issue was that the elevator broke down during my 4-night stay, making getting to my third floor room a bit more difficult. I did not have this issue with previous stays, so it isn’t a common issue.
Everything else was great. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are neat and clean."

"The property was good but the cleaning crew knocked around 8:30 to clean the room. I was fast asleep coz I worked till 0300 hrs and they kept on knocking. I had to get out of bed and went to answer the door. That was rude of nobody answered on the first knock that means they are still sleeping besides ita too early."

Every time I returned to my room, there were fresh towels in the bathroom, I loved the included breakfast and the bistro/restaurant option for dinner, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I definitely utilized the concession store every day (water, coffee, snacks), making my trip easier before heading into the city each day. Many helpful amenities and accommodations. "In general it is a good hotel. We were disappointed because arriving before our check in we paid $ 25 to have the room earlier. OK. Went to the pool and was closed for cleaning.
In the morning paid another $25 to stay some extra hours. Again , the pool was clised for cleaning."
