"Great location, right in Vail Village, albeit a bit noisy. Room was spacious and clean with great storage for personal items. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than expected. Hard boiled eggs, muffins, fruit, yogurt, etc. Guests across the hall from us had a very barky dog that we could hear at all hours. There’s no soundproofing in the windows or walls. The ‘fitness center’ was awful. Fortunately, the weather was nice and we were able to get our exercise outside....

"The swimming pool was so cold you couldn’t even get in it. Half the time one of the hot tubs was closed. No air conditioning. Curtains in room were falling off. I’ve been going to Vail since the 60s and this property has really deteriorated. So sorry."

"Such a quaint little hotel! Awesome location, great bar, beds were comfy! We saw bears from our balcony. We will stay there again."

"Pros: Great location in Vail, right by the covered bridge. Nicely renovated one bedroom condo. Cons: The hotel is undergoing renovations with a construction zone in some of the common areas. There were ongoing issues which negatively impacted our experience including no WiFi and no water during a portion of our stay. There was a broken screen door in the bedroom. They put a portable AC unit in the bedroom which helped cool it but didn’t allow entry of the fresh mountain air."

"Room was nice, bed was comfortable. This is an older hotel that was very charming. Nice restaurants within walking distance and close to the Alpine Gardens. The staff was extra friendly and kind, and offered us an upgrade as the balcony room was available. There are nice walking and biking paths right behind the property. A parking lot is conveniently located across the street. We enjoyed our stay."
