"The condo has good space and is in a good location. Easy to drive, bike or take the bus into the village.
It is dated and was definitely dusty when we arrived. The beds in the downstairs room were not comfortable. There were instructions for tv remotes that were not there and the downstairs tv never did work because it didn’t have the right remote. But the biggest issue was the heat. "This was up there with worst stays ever. We’ve had nicer Motel 6 accommodations than this place. We started with an arrival and everything looked very dated, but we aren’t super picky. It was definitely not the quality shown in the Expedia images. Maybe there’s another full buildings of condos somewhere, but what we were offered all looked straight out of the 70s. The restaurant stopped serving food at 9 and closed at 10, which wouldn’t have been a problem if we had known- Google said it closed...

"Great location, right in Vail Village, albeit a bit noisy. Room was spacious and clean with great storage for personal items. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than expected. Hard boiled eggs, muffins, fruit, yogurt, etc. Guests across the hall from us had a very barky dog that we could hear at all hours. There’s no soundproofing in the windows or walls. The ‘fitness center’ was awful. Fortunately, the weather was nice and we were able to get our exercise outside....

"Hotel was very run down for a “4 star rating”. The shower sliding door wouldn’t close so it kept sliding open during my shower. The shower products were not refilled and overall it just looked like it needed a good clean and update. The staff weren’t very friendly and no one was at the desk when we arrived. Wouldn’t stay here again."
