"This hotel exceeded all of my expectations! I was amazed by the breakfast—it had so many delicious options and everything was fresh and well organized. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The room was spotless, and everything looked brand new and was exceptionally well maintained. You can really tell they take pride in their property. This place is a 20 out of 10, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"The staff is great and very accommodating. We were upgraded to a really nice room because we were celebrating a big anniversary and it wasn’t that crowded.The location cannot be beat. Right outside the hotel is Vail Village. The hotel was not very crowded and that might be because of mountain fires and the lack of rain in the area. The pool was heated the first day, but not the next day probably because it wasn’t crowded. Also, the pool bar didn’t open during the week. It would have been nice to have had a drink there. We will definitely return!"

"I was surprised at how nice and spacious the room was. One thing that was tricky was that there wasn’t a lot of information about how things worked in the room. It took me half an hour to figure out how to turn the TVs on. A simple direction sheet would’ve been a big help. It took a while to figure out the Wi-Fi as well. And the front desk is only staffed for a few hours a day, which was not convenient. I arrived late in the evening with no idea about where I could get something to eat, and the only option was the dive bar downstairs. The food was OK, but even some vending machines in the building would’ve been nice. However, having said all that I loved my room and I thought it was a great value and a very convenient location once I figured out how the buses worked."
