Great hotel, great staff, very comfortable. Bed was a bit squeaky getting in and out. Only thing to point out is hotel TVs sound turns of at 10PM until around 7 due to quiet hours. Took me a while to realise and drove me crazy for first couple of nights!! Will deffo use again!

Good hotel, friendly staff, nice rooms, decent breakfast with good hot food selection included. Next to railway station for trains to downtown Chicago. Restaurant/Brewhouse next door to hotel but not open every night. Other places available nearby, 5 minute walk to Hollywood Casino.

The customer service was amazing , everyone was very nice and helpful. The hotel was clean , the rooms were clean and accommodating. The morning breakfast was awesome . Andre at the front desk deserve to be the face of the hotel . He was truly a pleasure to work with from start to finish . His customer service is what made me decide to stay at the Hampton vs the Home 2 hotel .

Breakfast wasn't great but we were pleased with everything else. Had a very quiet and good nights sleep.

Great stay for our trip

Although the Hotel was undergoing a refurbishment our stay was not disrupted. Nice pool and hot tub.

Nice hotel with well equipped rooms. Would have been nice if bins had been emptied during our week long stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately hotel is in a very remote location - there are no amenities at all within walking distance.

No bells and whistles but perfectly good hotel. Maybe upgrade the showers.
