"Long term live in tenants. Dogs barking at night. People in and out slamming doors and talking very loudly in the middle of the night. Toilet and sink clogged. Floors not clean. Tile missing. Baseboards missing. Rooms smelled like cigarettes. Stains on walls. Paint chipping from cabinets. No amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap. Towels smelled of mildew. Felt unsafe from the long term tenants that lived in building and strangers in parking lot."

"Free breakfast was decent. Staff was nice. The only thing I will say that it would have been nice to hang out at the lobby bar and watch some sports but no sound was being displayed on the TV. "

"We stayed for one night. Our room smelled like mildew. The pool area was absolutely filthy, the paint was peeling and over all and disrepair. At breakfast, they were out of lots of things. We were there right as breakfast opened. Everything we asked if they had like jam, etc. they did not have. For a $500 room for one night I am highly disappointed. Will never be staying at this hotel again. Not like the picture shows."

"I had a very satisfying stay at The Cliff Lodge at Snowbird. The complimentary shuttle to Alta was a great convenience, and the on-site facilities—including the restaurant, café, ski lockers, and ski services—were all excellent. The ski-in/ski-out access was especially convenient and enhanced the overall experience. The only minor drawback was that the café closed a bit earlier than expected."
