"I stayed here back in January, I booked a room with an accessible tub and was placed in a suite with a shower. After the initial complaint they moved my family up a floor to a room with a tub. The hardware from the faucet had water spraying all over the bathroom, which I wasn’t impressed about given it was a new property. I needed this tub given I was postpartum and healing, this was specifically the reason why I booked to begin with. I was in tears at this point and the tub itself was dirty and had human hair in it. It made me feel worthless in my time of need that they couldn’t give me a functional, clean room in one of the newest hotels in Midland. After another time complaining, the girl at the desk offered points towards my next stay. I don’t know anything about how that would have came to my credit. To this day I still feel robbed and cheated of what should have been a healing experience for me, and it was never made right by management. I hope that anyone who thinks of staying here takes their hard earned money to someone more accommodating and actually cares about their guests and their needs."
