"Check in was easy & quick. Room was clean and nice sized for 2 adults. Right across the street from Costco and right off the highway so that was convenient."

"Room was clean , bathroom clean but could use some work on walls around the shower, rusty and plasters needs fixed. Also fan on ceiling had duct tape over the sensor, and needed cleaned. weird place for coffee kuerig , it was in the dresser on a pull out shelf, weird and inconvenient to use. Breakfast was good and variety. No mustard for sausage. Staff was friendly."

"I loved the vibe of outdoors with the comfort of being indoors. Several hot tubs throughout the hotel and so much seating to make it comfortable and fun leaving the room. It was quiet and the beds were very comfortable!"

Many options available at breakfast and coffee in room was very good. My only complaint is that the room was very cold when I arrived and had to turn on the heat in order to get it to a reasonable temperature. Hallways were also very cold. Told they were fully booked & they gave us the last available. Our unit was comfortable & clean. However, the windows to the bedroom & the living room overlooked the public fire pit bbq area. "The pool wasn't open and I wasn't told until it was too late to cancel my reservation. That's probably the main draw of the hotel. The room was VERY clean and awesome. Thank you! Why would a hotel with such a huge empty lot charge a nightly parking fee for someone already paying over $200 for a room in Fargo, ND? That makes no sense at all. Why are the bathrooms so crappy? "I read the reviews and this hotel and it had a excellent rating. For me this hotel was just ok. The beds were small for a queen and everything in the room was old. The room was clean the staff were busy working and friendly. The Breakfast has something for everyone. For me if they would do some updates to the room with new furniture it would have made the experience better."

"The air conditioning in our room did not work and even after maintenance was up to fix it, still no A/C. When I informed the desk staff upon check out she didn’t seem to care Also the refrigerator did not have a knob to adjust the coldness and we had to get someone to come and adjust the temperature. The tv was old and not set to the correct time which made the guide useless and a bit frustrating to find what to watch.
