"The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. It is also close to all of the touristy sites. The elevators were very, very slow and breakfast was quite busy. One morning, although there were 3 coffee machines and a barrista stand, none of them were working. Only regular coffee was available. "

Location is excellent, service is great and the value for money is second to none. I forgot my jacket in the property and notified the manager so that she arranged it currier to me. Many thanks."

I left my AirPods in a cab and Martin made all the arrangements needed to get back my AirPods through the DIdi app , including paying for the driver for me first . (He refused a tip when I offered to pay him an additional token ) he also helped me book a dinner which was difficult to book on the spot and kept me updated throughout on the booking ! Strongly recommend for the friendly staff !"

"This hotel is newer than I thought- very clean and very friendly staff. We couldn’t order taxi using the phone and the concierge staff including Harry was helpful. The luggage storage is straightforward and secure too. Didn’t have time to try the food this time. We look forward to staying there when we visit Beijing in the future. "

"Overall a decent hotel for the price however the front desk team could use more training. While we were checking in, the person who helped us had to sneeze and she used her hand to cover her mouth. There was no wiping or hand washing.. she just took our passports and continued her work! It was quite gross!"
