Beautiful little oasis in the heat of Urfa. The courtyard of this hotel is such a pleasant place. The room was simple but comfortable. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful and really made our stay special. Also the breakfast was great!

We had such a lovely stay here. The two gentlemen were so warm, friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The old building was beautiful with a relaxing courtyard with fountain. The breakfast was delicious and more than enough. I would stay here again if I return to Urfa.

Exceptional staff with attention to details; they were very accommodating & eager to help & communicate. Like many places in Turkey the only obstacle is the language barrier. People are fantastic & the staff, Adam & Gallup (sp?) here was no exception. Breakfast was the highlight of our day. This was by far the best breakfast in all the places we stayed in Turkey. Each day there was some different dish. We couldn’t eat it all because of the volume. The room was clean, shower was good with no water issues though shower floor was quite slippery when wet.

Truly exceptional hotel in a great location in Urfa, within walking distance to major sights in town. My room was very clean and nicely decorated, surrounding a beautiful central courtyard. Breakfast was very good. Staff were kind, helpful, patient, responsive over WhatsApp and messaging, and used translator apps effectively to communicate with guests in various languages.

The property owner was a very nice gentleman. When we arrived His credit card machine was unable to charge due to very weak internet but he let us check in and offered tea on arrival. Next day we paid. Secondly the area was very near to all the attractions. Breakfast was fantastic.

All was perfect. I didn’t give it 5 stars because first of all, the room was not as clean as it can be. I understand it is an old building, but it was not nice to see ceiling dust in some corners. I also didn’t like that the lamps next to the bed were not working. The receptionist is very kind and nice and helpful. The room is so pretty, the garden is super cozy. Very recommended.
