The check in process was very confusing and the subsequent check out process to retain our deposit was slow and difficult. The rooms and amenities are just ok.

Pros: excellent air con, very roomy for the price, clean, access to nice pool. Lots of towels and loo rolls. Cons: noticed on the listing there was no reception at the apartment but I messaged a day before to ask how to check in and got no reply. Advised by another guest how to get to the operating hotel to check in, seems like a miss to not have this on the listing. Having to walk round the street to the pool was a little inconvenient. Kitchen quite basic but met our needs.

The staff is very rude and doesn’t help foreigners at all in finding the property. To find the property is a task in itself.

Check-in a 1h30 du matin possible.
