Gracious staff

Our stay was last minute and they found us a perfect room. Everyone was gracious and well mannered. Unfortunately the breakfast and lunch room staff were slow and confused; especially confused was the lunch room staff, but still very gracious. The pool area was divine even though the pool water was as warm as bath water. I cannot say enough about the graciousness of the staff.
