Loved it!! It’s a great hotel, rooms are super spacious. Staff was great. Argentinian girl at the bar by the pool, and Argentinian guy at the bar inside by the Lonnie were super friendly and helpful. The food at the bar/ pool was great The food at the buffet was decent.

Das Resort liegt an einer traumhaft schönen Bucht mit direktem Blick auf das türkisblaue Meer. Der Strand lädt mit seinem glasklaren Wasser und dem weißen Sand zum Träumen ein. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet in einem schönen modernen Design. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ein Genuss, für jeden Geschmack ist etwas leckeres dabei. Zum Abendessen sind wir in das malerische Santa Teresa 10 min entfernt gefahren, um dort die typisch italienische Küche zu genießen. Die gehobene Küche in dem Resort ist nicht so unsers und preislich auch eine andere Kategorie. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich und verzaubert nicht nur mit ihrem italienischen Charme. Wir durften im Mangia‘s einen rundum glücklichen Urlaub genießen, Danke ☺️

Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war leider eine Katastrophe. Das Zimmer war unsauber und machte einen ungepflegten Eindruck. Man musste jeden Tag die Rezeption beauftragen das Zimmer putzen zu lassen. Das Personal war durchweg unfreundlich und wirkte weder kompetent noch hilfsbereit – im Gegenteil, man hatte das Gefühl, dass Gäste eher als Last empfunden werden. Preis-Leistung stimmt absolut nicht: Für das, was geboten wurde, sind die Preise eine Frechheit. Man fühlt sich regelrecht abgezockt. Dazu kommt, dass es im Hotel kaum Auswahl an Restaurants oder Verpflegung gibt, und das Wenige, was angeboten wird, war schlecht organisiert. Insgesamt herrscht in diesem Haus ein chaotischer und unprofessioneller Umgang. Wer einen erholsamen und angenehmen Aufenthalt sucht, sollte dringend ein anderes Hotel wählen.

A story of good and, well, less good.

Mangia’s have most things in place to receive 90%+ from every visitor but This is not Four Seasons, it’s mid range FYI. PROS: The location is stunning. The beach is fantastic. Breakfast plentiful and varied. Pool area is great. The staff are very friendly, polite and in most cases speak good English, a basic criteria in any European hospitality business. The facilities and leisure options are also very good; Tennis, paddle, basketball, football, kayaking, it’s all there if you want to use it. The gym Is very well equipped for being a hotel gym, plenty of free weights and machines to maintain your levels for a shorter period on holiday. Yoga and fitness classes free of charge. Kids activities as well. A mini train that takes you around the resort from 7-23pm. Buggies that pick up and collect you from the car park or your room with the luggage. Organised trips to all sights and places worth visiting at a cost, car hire in the lobby, pharmacy and a boutique. Even a local bus stop to take you to Santa Teresa with all the things to do there. Wow. What a package! CONS: There are no lifts, and plenty of stairs, lots of walking to do. HOUSE KEEPING: Non functional. It’s a certain to have your room cleaned daily and basic consumables restocked. It’s not working. Communication about all the amenities and things to do is lacking. It feels like they are understaffed and needs a big injection of organisation. Totally have the potential to be a 4*+ resort. Lack of dining options as well.

We had an amazing holiday here at Mangia in Sardinia. Secluded location away from busy cities, right on the beach; perfect for complete relaxation. I would recommend renting a car so that you can explore nearby towns such as Santa Theresa and to explore other beaches such as Capo Testa when you want to leave the grounds. From the moment we arrived, we felt very well taken care of by Angel. We arrived a bit early so they stowed our luggage away until our room was ready (we were able to have full access to the amenities while we waited). The room was ready an hour before check in, 20 minutes after we arrived. Our room was located on the third level (halfway point between the lobby and the beach). There are a lot of stairs on the property to navigate, but still completely walkable. Food options were tasty, though limited between 2:30pm and 6:30pm. We paid for breakfast to be included and opted to dine at the à la carte restaurants for lunch and dinner as well as other restaurants outside of the property. Had the best pizza, fregula and calamari on our entire trip (Sicily and Sardinia). And even BETTER service. We dined at their more upscale restaurant called Donna Fliorana and met Joey who also worked at Scausa Grill. He was professional, personable and such a great help with recommendations for wine and food. He went above and beyond and really made our dining experience special. His coworker Joshua was also very kind and helpful!

It is a beautiful property. In general staff was friendly, amazing at the reception. I have to say that the staff at the buffet, specifically the managers are not the nicest. They are like police officers… We had a breakfast only bracelet, and the only night we decided to try their buffet for supper, we asked if we could go check the food before making a decision. They agreed, but we were “intercepted” twice while looking, and asked if we had a ticket. I understand that there can be people who abuse, but in such a nice hotel, it doesn’t seem to match the ambiance… We decided to book an excursion with the hotel to Bonifacio, Corsica. It was a nice one, but I have to say that the ‘lunch” part of the excursion was a total waste of precious time to visit, and I say this because the food at the restaurant was not good! I would prefer eating a sandwich and having more time to visit. Our guide Sara was delightful! We loved our stay!

Overall it is a good resort/ hotel. However too far from 5- star they proclaim. Too many stairs from the rooms to the lobby, even though it was a buggy service. It was not enough to satisfy the comfort. The most bizarre was the situation at the beach. First day , we go ask and they dod not have an umbrella and chairs for us. What?- even 3-star you are supposed to accomodate your guests. First row was + €40. The breakfast was ok, but like a basar. No one was asking for the room number or to accomodate you at the table. In peak season, it was a caos. Beach, naturally beautiful. Bottom line, if they manage better was a solid 4 stars. I hope the management takes my criticism in a positive note. They really meed to improve.

Due to no internet, we were unable to check in for few hours during middle of the night. No food provided. Inconsistency throughout the stay, one day ice cream is included in all inc and other times not.

La plage était sale. Je suis arrivée à 8 h du matin et il avait plusieurs déchets non ramassés et les chaises n’était pas placé. Tout était pelé mêle.

Cafe da manha espetacular. Boa localizaçao, perto da praia de Marmorata. Instalaçoes novas e limpas. Vale a pena a estadia.

The facilitets are in top shape. You could clearly tell this is a very new establishment. The beach was very nice as well as the pools and the gym. However the staff were so rude and unprofessional. This is not the cheapest place and you expect a lot more. The only kind and professional people were the cart guys and the reception. The rest was utter disgraceful. For example at one of the restaurants we asked if we could sit by the edge overlooking the ocean and was told no because that was a table for 4 people. Made sense and we just said ok and sat somewhere else. But then the couple behind us asked the same question and all of the sudden they had no problems moving tables and chairs around for them. On top of that they forgot our order. Basically took 2-3 hours to get a pizza. Also making the slightest altercation on your order was meet with a grunt. I would absolutely not stay here again due to the unprofessionalism and rude stuff giving what this place cost. Spend you money elsewhere!

Fina rum, bra utsikt och en liten uteplats. Städningen av rummet riktigt dålig, bla tömdes inte soporna förrän vi ställde dom precis innanför dörren. Vi var en familj på tre och trots det var det var det svårt för restauranger att hålla koll på beställningar och leverera mat och dryck i rimliga tid. Frukostbuffé, var ok men många saker som juice och frukt tog ofta slut. Tyvärr inte ett hotell vi återkommer till.

Location and beach was amazing. The room was clean and very nice, but the property was very dirty and some areas looks like a third world country. There is a wedding party that had a DJ with loudspeakers that went on until 2:30 in the morning. I at least would’ve expected them to have a 11 PM sound limit or something like that. The food was fine, but was only limited to one restaurant as the other ones needed to be booked ahead of time and the other two were closed for private events. There’s a hole in the fence and you can go to another restaurant at a different resort if you’re looking for different food options. I’m guessing this resort just needs more cleaning staff
