Main lobby is well decorated and clean.
We did not use the pool so can't comment on that.
Front desk staff were very helpful during our stay. Unfortunately the room should have been cleaner and older aspects need to be replaced - bedding and towels were overall poor quality and unpleasant. Towels had holes and they were very old and need to be replaced. Bedding was stained and also poor quality.
Shower head needed replacement or a much better cleaning. Soap and shampoo was provided but the wall holder broke instantly and are not suitable for use.
Free street parking was available. And grocery stores, restaurants and beach walking distance.
Overall I don't think it is worth the price paid especially given poor towels , bedding and room cleanliness.
Karaoke and music from close by restaurant is heard nightly from the bedroom.
