Really clean rooms, and one of the best showers I've ever had in the Dominican Republic with incredible water pressure, and TRULY hot water! The staff was very helpful, and provided me with gluten-free bread at the included breakfast buffet! The view from the rooftop pool was incredible! The pool was a tad small, but we were there when it wasn't busy so that was nice. We were within walking distance of many restaurants, and found one where we had the best meal of anywhere we've ever gone in the Dominican! This hotel was a little on the pricier side, but was definitely worth it

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The central location was a big plus, with easy access to the area and a beautiful monument view. The only downside was limited food options, and you had to leave the hotel. The good thing was there were good places nearby. Overall, a great experience. I’d definitely stay again and recommend it.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn. The hotel is in the perfect location, close to restaurants and entertainment. The hotel itself was very modern. Rooms were perfect. The staff from the front desk to housekeeping were phenomenal. Can’t wait to go back!

Breakfast options were plentiful from light to heavy. Staff was overly helpful and accommodating, area felt safe and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Can't say enough about the management. The GM runs a very effecient establishment were his guess feel very welcome.

The hotel is beautiful and the facilities are very nice. However, the service could be improved. One day I called to request extra towels, but they never brought them. Also, housekeeping only cleans your room if you request it a day in advance, which was inconvenient. Overall, the hotel itself is lovely, but the customer service was not very attentive.

The hotel is beautiful with an amazing rooftoop that offers the perfect view of the Monumento. The staff members were extremely polite and acccomedating. I would definitley recommend this Hotel to friends and will be staying there next time I visit Santiago.
