The hotel was very nice. The food was good. The only bad thing is that when we arrived a little after 3:00 pm the room wasn’t ready. We had to wait 30 more minutes for our room.

I have visited this hotel several times, and I still say it is the best. It has a great location, and the green areas are beautifully maintained. The food is good. It is a hotel for relaxation and a worry-free stay.

First time visitors to Jarabacoa and I cannot be happier with our hotel selection. The staff is there to greet you in the lobby, the cleaning ladies are very sweet and attentive. The breakfast crew was always on point as well as the service in the pool. Dinner I suggest you do early bc the kitchen can get busy since patrons outside of the hotel are allowed to come by to eat. The cleanliness there is top notch, I wish they had a fitness room but they had some tennis courts available for use. Almost all room have their own balcony which was nice to wake up to and just sit there to take in the sunrise! It’s a naturesque hotel with lots of greenery, peace and security.

It was a nice experience, love the hotel and the design , very modern but simple. Food was good, but one thing I will say it’s they need to be more careful with the cleanliness in the room , especially the glass door in the shower, I notice it wasn’t clean enough. And the shampoo and conditioner were used. But other than that it was a satisfactory experience. I will definitely stay there again.
