Ficamos na rua, sem apartamento!!

Na reserva do Expedia, em local algum falava sobre pagamento antecipado de 1 diária. Ao chegar no local, fomos informados que não havia reserva por falta de pagamento. Ficamos na rua, sem hotel e tivemos que procurar outro hotel. Não recomendo esse local de forma alguma, sob o risco de ficar passar apuros!

Pesimo!!!!!

Primero cuando llegue me dijeron que tenia que ir a buscar las llaves a la oficina y cancelar ahí la habitación. Cuando quiero cancelar me cobraron un monto mayor al que decía en la página sin ninguna sola explicación, solo que era Chilena. Encuentro el colmo que una página que te da un valor con los impuestos incluidos, luego te cobren un monto mayor sin ninguna explicación lógica.

Ma réservation a été changée au dernier moment en ne me prévenant que par What'App et comme je n'avais pas de connexion je me suis rendu au lieu de location prévu où il n'y avait donc pas d'appartement pour moi. Mais ce n'est pas le pire : une fois l'appartement pris en main, au bout de trois jours les toilettes se sont bouchées. J'ai alors envoyé un message What'app au loueur Studio suite qui ne m'a pas répondu!!! Inadmissible
