素晴らしいホテルだと思います。
毎日水ボトルやエスプレッソマシンのカプセルを
提供してくれるのでコンビニやスーパーを探す
必要がありません。
また朝食がとても美味しい。
かなりのお勧めです。ポルトガルが好きになり
ました。

Beautiful property. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the lobby entrance. Telmo Pereira welcomed my mom and I after a day of traveling, checked us in quickly, recommended options for breakfast and made sure we felt welcomed.
Ext morning Telmo again checked us out, knew we had a few hours of sleep and went above and beyond to get me an espresso and tea. I recommend Telmo gets recognized for his service and attention to guests needs. I am already planning another trip to Portugal and will come back to Sofitel for the small details Telmo and the team did for my mom and I during our stay.

Perfect location. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooms providing all the amenities we needed. The only thing that could be improved is more space for clothing and other items.

Only thing good is the location. Other than that this is not a 5 star property, is a 3.5 or 4 star. Nothing exceptional in service. Very small rooms and bathroom even by European standards. Uncomfortable bed-mattresses. House keeping staff not friendly or helpful. Overall disappointing for a Sofitel hotel.
