"We’re to begin first spend a few more dollars and go to a better place. The only bright spot was Avador he was amazing. He would make me think about going back. Everyone one else on the staff was rude not helpful and juts didn’t seem happy. No customer service training at all. The food was terrible. Restaurant scammed us. Told us fried fish was $20 then can back and said oh it’s $45 a fish. Beach was amazing but the constant harassment of venders was unbearable so could not stay on beach. Got scammed by Haitian jet ski guy don’t go to them go through hotel for activities. Gave broken jet ski and tried to charge cops got called and they fixed. Sheets had mold water smelled and was brown. Bar tenders were very mean and didn’t not want to be there. Almost all the staff seemed bothered and annoyed doing there jobs. Front desk was a mess. Gave wrong key and then key with no room # switched rooms 3 times. Buffet you can’t find a fork to save your life or napkins. Flies everywhere barely signs on food. Long story should spend a few more dollars and go to puta Cana it is cheap great beach but you can’t enjoy cause every 5 minutes your being hounded by people selling or begging. You get what you pay for here so be aware! Go to another all inclusive stay away!"

"We arrived around 11:30, and Natanael , the bellboy, was very kind and attentive. Unfortunately, the girl at the lobby was not cordial and did not make us feel welcomed. We were told the room would be ready in about an hour, so we went to the buffet, which was very good and offered a great variety of food. However, when we returned, at 1:15 pm the room was still not ready, and we had to wait until around 2:30 PM while other guests who arrived later received their rooms first. In the end, we had to approach another lady who seemed to be supervising, and she was the one who finally helped us get the room. The room was spacious and had an amazing ocean view, but it did not have a balcony, and the closet was very dusty, so I had to clean it before using it."

"Overall, I had a good stay. The staff was absolutely amazing — kind, helpful, and very accommodating throughout my visit. I did have to switch rooms a few times because the first rooms had a strong mildew smell and the carpets in some of the standard rooms felt outdated, which triggered my allergies. Once moved to a better room, the experience improved a lot. The food and breakfast buffet were decent, though the options may be limited for guests with dietary restrictions. Overall, the hospitality of the staff really made the stay worthwhile."
