"There was a decent amount of hair in the bathtub when we first checked in. Also loose/broken components in the washroom. We also asked if we were able to get our laundry done and informed the front desk staff that we had left our personal laundry bags in our room before we went out to do some sight-seeing, they said okay, without any mention of pricing or fees, which gave the false impression it was included in our stay. Long story short, the bill for laundry ended up being more than our entire stay and there was an actual form that was supposed to be signed by us and filled out before we received the service for it to be a valid transaction. Our friends from China told us this was technically illegal and the charges were on the hotel to cover the costs…. but I needed my laundry back and they wouldn’t budge on covering the service….we would have never gone through with our laundry request if we were shown or told about the costs it would entail. We had to restrict our travel plans due to taking such a huge hit from this :("

"Surprisingly a very good stay Room was large and comfortable great view from 23rd floor. I comply with excellent breakfast for a change of pace in our long journey. Terrace was a nice place to relax although it was Very Annoying to have clouds of smoke close to our table.Management needs to be more proactive in this respect."

"地理位置优越，环境不错，房间也很舒适，前台carman和celine两个人服务非常棒，马上办理入住手续和满足客人的需求。由于离酒店是早上很早，值班经理还非常帮忙的帮助我们把行李拿出外面，服务非常好，感谢。但是发现2号楼的客房服务不是很到位，我们用过的水杯和咖啡杯并没有清理，咖啡和茶并没有补充，出现这个问题共有两次，也投诉了两次，第二次的时候先打电话到客房服务跟小姐姐服务员说了，居然说不在他们服务范围内，让我们非常不满意，然后投诉到客房经理，客房经理居然说之前电话是AI回答，这样推卸责任的回答让人非常无语。我住2号楼之前在同一酒店的1号楼住过，1号楼清洁从来没有这种问题，这让我很失望，希望以后会有所改进。"

"Hotel is excellent condition, the room was a very good size, clean and I also enjoyed the well- equipped gym. There are lots of dining options around the area and also two restaurants in the hotel. There is a Mall within short walking distance from the hotel. Staff were professional , friendly and very responsive. I would like to make a special mention of Steven Wu and Cassie Yan who were absolute Stars in terms of customer service! I will definitely stay here again. Thank you!!!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Location and Comfortable Stay The hotel is conveniently located near both the metro and bus stations, making transportation very easy. There are plenty of nearby dining options, including halal restaurants and a wide variety of international cuisines, which is extremely convenient. The room was clean, well-decorated, and very comfortable. Check-in at the front desk was fast and efficient. The hotel also has a gym available for guests, which is a nice bonus. The front desk staff were very friendly and thoughtful, making the stay even more pleasant. I also really enjoyed the complimentary coffee provided daily—it tasted great. I would definitely consider staying at James Joyce Coffetel again on my next visit."
