Great staff

Just a nice welcoming reception by well trained staff … the hotel was spotless breakfast was one of the best I have experienced with huge choice

Brand new hotel, great location, modern decor and fantastic Peruvian restaurant. The only let down was a lack of an outlet next to the work desk as I was there for business

Superbly located , friendly , lovely food and drinks , fabulous spa Two members of staff , Vanessa and Marina , were so kind , warm and friendly . Wonderful people that Radisson should be proud to have on their team Only small criticism was the the room shower was really not good but it feels harsh to criticise such a fabulous hotel based on that

Listed as 1400 check in 1200 check out in my booking. Arrived at around 1330 due to flight time, I was able to check into my room. The night before I check out I requested for a 1300 check out so I can use my bathroom after a morning walk before I go to the airport. It was granted. Only down side was one of the staffs in front desk not able to speak English. But they were the one who let me have a late check out. I typed in Google Translate and they said OK.

Nice hotel

Good. Could have a kettle, cup and glass in room to prepare some hot drink.
